Scripture
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
— Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)

Reflection
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
Have you ever noticed how peace isn’t always about our circumstances—it’s about where our heart rests? Isaiah 26:3 reminds us that true peace comes not from fixing everything around us, but from fixing our eyes on the One who holds everything together.
It’s easy to get swept up in fear, worry, or what-if thinking. But this verse gently calls us back. Back to stillness. Back to trust. Back to a kind of peace the world can’t offer—a perfect peace that wraps around us when we keep our focus on God.
“Steadfast” doesn’t mean we never waver. It means we return. Again and again. When your thoughts start to spiral or anxiety creeps in, pause and whisper: I trust You, Lord.
That simple act of turning your mind back to God is a small but powerful step toward peace.
