Download Process

  • After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a download link for your digital product.

  • You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Downloads" section.

Download Limit

  • You are allowed to download your purchased digital product up to 5 times.

  • The download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Technical Issues

  • If you experience any issues downloading your digital product, please contact us at info@crowrow7.blog with your order number and a description of the problem.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Usage Rights

  • Purchased digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

  • You may print a copy of the digital product for personal use, but you may not share, duplicate, or distribute the digital file.

At CrowrowGuide.com, we strive to provide high-quality personalized and guide journals that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Personalized Journals: Due to the custom nature of personalized journals, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in customization.

  • Guide Journals: If you are not satisfied with your guide journal, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The journal must be unused and in its original condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@crowrowguide.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@crowrow7.blog with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Approval: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
