Download Process

Download Limit

You are allowed to download your purchased digital product up to 5 times.

The download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Personalized Journals: Due to the custom nature of personalized journals, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in customization.

Guide Journals: If you are not satisfied with your guide journal, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The journal must be unused and in its original condition.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@crowrowguide.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.

We will review your request and, if approved, will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
